Why do you use 100% natural soy wax instead of paraffin?

Soy wax is derived from natural soybeans, making it a renewable, biodegradable, and eco-friendly choice. Unlike petroleum-based paraffin wax, soy wax burns up to 50% longer, produces negligible black soot, and releases fragrance evenly without toxic indoor emissions.

Are your fragrances phthalate-free?

Yes, 100%. Phthalates are chemical binding agents often linked to endocrine disruption and allergic reactions. We use premium, phthalate-free fragrance oils infused with essential oils so you can enjoy strong, lingering aromas with total peace of mind.

Are your products safe to use around pets and kids?

Because we eliminate heavy toxins, phthalates, and paraffin soot, our home fragrance line is significantly cleaner for household environments. As with any fragrance product, ensure candles and room sprays are kept out of reach of curious hands and paws, and burn in well-ventilated spaces.

Why does my candle surface look slightly uneven or frosty after burning?

Rough tops or white "frosting" are completely normal visual characteristics of 100% pure soy wax. It’s actually proof that your candle is made with natural wax and free from synthetic additives or paraffin hardeners. It will not affect the burn performance or fragrance.

What is your processing and shipping time?

Orders are handcrafted in small batches and typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
